Curriculum
9 lessons
In this first Tango Barre video, we focus on the fundamentals: precise foot placement, strength and mobility, as well as clear body alignment and organization. Through a series of targeted exercises, we build the technical base needed for the leg work of the Tango Barre. We then integrate these elements into a structured routine, practiced with music to develop coordination, control, and strength. Music: Viento Norte by Sexteto Cristal

We focus on pivots: activating the back and developing a clear sensation of the spiral. Using the barre as an imagined partner, we learn the appropriate grip and support for efficient, controlled pivots.
